YOUNGSTERS created inspirational art during a graffiti workshop at Wellholme Park, Brighouse.
The day, funded by Calderdale Council's Brighouse action planning team, aims to stop people vandalising benches, railings and play equipment by providing a designated graffiti wall and tuition.
It is part of an ongoing project to clean up Wellholme Park.
The workshop was run by professional grafitti artists from Just Addictive Music.
James Storry, 15, (pictured left) of Waverley Terrace, Hipperholme, said: "The workshop helped us improve our skills.
"It turns vandalism into art. If people look at it now they will see it's not just pointless scrawling, it's art.
"It has been a really good day."
