Waste site complaints piling up

ONCE again I have to put pen to paper to complain about Lee Bridge transfer loading site.
First of all the employees are still allowing cars to drive in, instead of making people reverse into the bays. All the signs say reverse into bays and use the walkways.
Secondly, why are most of the skips only accessible by struggling up eight or nine steps? Isn't this dangerous?
Thirdly, why do three or four employees stand around watching people struggle with their recycling waste?
And lastly, since Sita took over it seems like you don't have to sort your rubbish for nominated skips.
Only today I took a car load of wood and asked one of the not very helpful employees (I actually went up to him whilehe was resting on his brush) where shall I put this wood because the wood skip is full?
Reply: "Put it in the normal household rubbish skip."
What's the point in recycling, Sita?
