Hospital care was impeccable from start to finish

THREE months ago I had the misfortune of having to visit the outpatients department of the Calderdale Royal Hospital, being referred there by my GP.
I thought it was my misfortune, but how wrong I was. My appointment with the consultant was kept, as arranged, and he could not have been more helpful.
I was told that I needed to visit a further four departments for various checks and the whole exercise was completed like a finely tuned machine. No waiting or hitches at any stage.
Following a further three separate visits during the past few weeks for necessary tests, all being conducted at the arranged times and with compassion second to none, the main day arrived and, as before, the treatment and care were impeccable.
I cannot praise too highly every member of staff who attended to me on each of my visits.Thank you one and all for your professional attention and care.
