Is it not time our so-called councillors got behind Kerbside and help the people of Calderdale instead of putting money into Sita shareholders' pockets?

Kerbside have built up a very good organisation with people who might find it hard to get work.

I thought we put our councillors into office to help look after the people of Calderdale?

No, but wait a minute. If councillors will not fill in timesheets, how can we get them to look after the good of us and Kerbside?

I am a very disgruntled voter.

A. Ashman.

The grinding of Political cogs has never been a rational or logical function. The oil is certainly too thick to enable the increase in speed necessary to spot a corporate con. Thus is the process of Calderdale's processing of anything to be considered on a large scale. They are too slow in reaction, too pedantic in their perception, and just too easily led up the rubbishy path. They always lose sight of what is efficient, well liked and satisfactory to most.
It seems a case of let's get on with it and choose regardless - it's late and we want our dinner, where do we sign?
