League Division One was confirmed at last week's West Riding CA annual meeting.
However, the league having dropped the rule that does not allow clubs in a senior league to enter a team in the West Riding CA, enabling the pair to continue with teams in the Premier.
The rule change has also allowed Liversedge to enter their successful under 18 side from last season, who played under the name of Cleckheaton & Gomersal, and they will play in Division Two.
Albion Sports (U.Save Albion last season), Ventus / Yeadon Celtic and Hunsworth were promoted from Division Two.
